This water pump controller is fully automatic along with manual mode. This model is suitable for the pump (the normal pump placed in overground) used to lift water from reserver to overhead tank. When the water level of overhead tank fall below a specified level (middle sensor) then the Automatic Water Level Controller turns ON the pump if the reserver tank has sufficient water(above the middle sensor). When water level of overhead tank reaches to in upper level (top sensor) then Automatic Water Level Controller turn off the pump. If the water level of reserver tank fall below the middle sensor then automatic water level controller also turn off the pump.

Function of Controls and Indicators in Front Panel
1. AUTO/MAMUAL Switch: This is the mode selection switch. In AUTO mode the pump runs automatically whenever the water level of overhead tank falls below the specified level (i.e. below the middle sensor) and stops automatically when the water level of overhead tank reaches at top sensor or water level of reserver tank falls below the speicified level i.e. middle sensor. In MANUAL mode the pump is started or stopped manually.
2. DRY RUN LED: When the pump is started then automatic water level controller check the water level of overhead tank. If the controller is able to detect the water at middle sensor within 2 minutes then the controller allows the pump to run further otherwise it stops the pump and engerises the dry run led.
3. MOTOR ON LED: Glow this LED when motor is ON
4. POWER LED: Glow this LED when mains power is applied. When mains power is applied then POWER LED emits red light indicating that the system is not ready. After 3 seconds the POWER LED emits green light indicating that the system is ready for operation.
5. AUTO LED: Glows this LED when mode selection switch is in AUTO position.
6. Water level indicators for Overhead Tank: There are three LEDs for indicating water levels in overhead tank. 1. Full:- Glows this LED when the overhead tank is full with water. 2. MODERATE: - Glows this LED when the water level is between top and middle sensors of overhead tank. 3. EMPTY:- Glows this LED when water level falls below the middle sensor of overhead tank.
